What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Monitoring Tool Specialist position at Capgemini?
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience using AT&T remote monitoring tools or similar network monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
- Experience on server-side technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB,.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of network monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party software integrations.
- Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports and dashboards.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve issues in real-time to maintain uptime and performance.
- Analysis of application performance and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Generate regular reports detailing system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- Document preparation on configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Liaise with AT&T support team / 3rd parties to resolve technical issues or optimize tool functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in detail.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
