The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour - $86.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative SAP ABAP solutions to address complex business requirements, collaborating with system analysts and stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce technical standards, development guidelines, and naming conventions to ensure compliance with organizational audit requirements.
- Ensure consistency and maintainability of SAP applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing best practices and technical procedures.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate internal and outsourced development teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Direct and prioritize workloads for subordinate personnel, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Liaise between business users, operations, and technical teams to facilitate systems design, modification, and troubleshooting.
- Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies, evaluating and implementing new solutions to meet business and system needs.
- Lead and manage SAP HANA development initiatives and projects.
- Plan and manage technical cutover activities in collaboration with functional teams during project go-live.
