SAP ABAP Developer

We are seeking a senior-level SAP ABAP Developer to join a Greenfield SAP S4 implementation project. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Agile methodology and technical leadership within SAP environments. This role will drive technical innovation, enforce development standards, and ensure the delivery of robust SAP solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver innovative SAP ABAP solutions to address complex business requirements, collaborating with system analysts and stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, development guidelines, and naming conventions to ensure compliance with organizational audit requirements.
• Ensure consistency and maintainability of SAP applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing best practices and technical procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate internal and outsourced development teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Direct and prioritize workloads for subordinate personnel, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Liaise between business users, operations, and technical teams to facilitate systems design, modification, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies, evaluating and implementing new solutions to meet business and system needs.
• Lead and manage SAP HANA development initiatives and projects.
• Plan and manage technical cutover activities in collaboration with functional teams during project go-live.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour - $86.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
