What You’ll Do:
You will be a high-energy leader with the ability to grow client relationships through presenting new strategies and innovative ideas. You will work with enterprise customers, form and drive successful client relationships and successfully interact with senior executive level clients. You will focus on all aspects of client growth, relationship development, financial integrity and quality delivery and execution of all engagements that drive organic growth and strong relationships. You will manage growth and evolution of multiple client relationships and manage complex multi-dimensional engagements. You will lead teams of both client service, as well as others on multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.
We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and experience with:
- At least 10 years or more managing High Growth accounts (preferably managing single account, not multiple accounts), and building at least $10M new business.
- Experience in both sales and delivery are critical. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales pipeline is matched by successful and consistent delivery to meet client expectations.
- 10 years experience working with nearshore and offshore teams ensuring effective collaboration and seamless project delivery.
- Accountable for revenue and profit growth, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes from both a sales and delivery perspective.
- Identifying and forging partnerships and tapping into existing alliance partnerships for growth.
- A proven track record of creating and owning overall client satisfaction and continuing growth and evolution of clients. Driving successful delivery of work product and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Executive engagement, client expectations, value reinforcement, cross-sell, strategic engagement strategies that lead to relationship building at C-level.
- Providing leadership and direction to client and teams across all IT domains, fully leveraging all direct and indirect resources and ensuring optimal levels of productivity, service, communications and quality.
- Effectively manage all aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and strategic presentations that align sales and delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to proactively sell innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

- Strong track record of managing complex, high-growth accounts and driving sustained client relationships through consistent delivery and value generation.
- Ability to balance the strategic and operational aspects of sales and delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial engagement to ongoing delivery.
