Role: Strategic Client Partner- Manufacturing
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United states.
The role is responsible for leading engagements in North America with core focus on business transformation, overall orchestration, and account health, P&L. Additionally, introduce new service lines and increase the digital footprint in such accounts.
• 15 years of experience across IT Sales/Business Development, Program Management, Transition Management across Service Lines, Bid Management, Pre-sales, Solutioning, Consulting & Marketing
• Domain: Manufacturing
• Multimillion-dollar P&L accountability with continual focus on right setting of account economics and customer TCO
• Catering to the full spectrum of the CIO/CDO agenda in terms of addressing complex global IT environment needs and challenges across Digital, AD, ASM, Infrastructure
• Ability to simultaneously manage critical multi-year engagements as well as new logo pursuits with core digital focus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities of marquee customers over the years
• Multicultural awareness through direct experience of managing teams across geographies within a global matrix structure
• Self-motivated at all times with specific strength to lead through major crisis scenarios and gain trust and confidence of customer
• Effective communicator, presenter and a good listener
• Ability to quickly transmit key objectives
• Story-telling and firm belief in relationship-based selling
Education
Relevant degree required.
Pay Range:
Base Salary :$172550per annum to $2000000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.
In addition, we offer a commission which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
