What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Business Analyst (Specialty Pharma) position at capgemini?
- Life Science Experience or Pharmaceuticals experience required
- Pharma and Specialty data domain knowledge (SP Patient transaction data, IQVIA syndicated data(DDD, Xponent), Veeva CRM data, digital data)
- Ability to profile the data, document business rules, metrics and review mocks to ensure it meets business needs
- Testing ability (End user testing and data/metric testing)
- Triage issues/problems and drive to resolution for various dashboards
- Understanding of the commercial business process (rep calls, alignments, call planning, segmentation)
- Ability to represent Information Management data and reporting in stakeholder meetings
- Ability to define, document business requirements working with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Educators, Access and Reimbursement teams
- More specifically not just take requirements from end users but seek to understand what business problem/question they are trying to solve and offer solutioning and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics etc
- Ability to succinctly communicate with stakeholders/internal team I am looking for somebody that can bubble up information depending on audience to clearly present topics
- Ability to plan, prioritize tasks
- Ability to present a status/plan for the week
- Ability to work with other vendors / internal team to accomplish a task
- Self motivator and starter
- Experience with dashboard design and support (not looking for a developer here but ability to review mocks, offer guidance to developers)
- Ability to train end users when needed on dashboard functionality and data
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.54/hour - $75.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
