We are seeking an experienced Incident and Problem Management Lead to oversee system operations, ensure service availability, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and problems, adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operational issues.
- Manage release processes and ensure smooth deployment of updates and changes using ServiceNow.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and increase system efficiencies.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to facilitate prompt issue resolution and service restoration.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and upskilling.
- Generate reports and insights on incidents, problems, and service performance for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant ITIL certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner).
- Experience in system operations, infrastructure management, or related technical fields.
- Familiarity with automation tools and monitoring solutions.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
