With an impressive roster of enterprise customers, including DPR, Swinerton, PARIC, and Performance Contracting Inc., we are seeking a Customer Success Vice President to lead our talented team dedicated to ensuring clients get the most out of our pioneering product. You will develop strategic playbooks that facilitate successful adoption and integration of our technology, enhancing productivity within construction firms.
This position reports directly to the CEO and is based out of our facility. Expect approximately 25% travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive playbook aimed at driving utilization of our innovative product and maximizing revenue per customer.
- Recruit, mentor, and expand a dynamic team of Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, support leads, and customer enablement professionals.
- Monitor and drive crucial KPIs for the customer success team, such as Net Dollar Retention (NDR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), time to revenue, and overall account health.
- Engage proactively with customers to grasp their business needs, formulating strategies to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
