The CACRC is the largest Non-Profit e-waste recycler in the state of Louisiana. We process over 100 tons of electronics per month. We offer a safe, fun and creative work environment, competitive wages, and excellent benefits available. We are an R2/RIOS certified facility.
This position includes:
-Greeting and assisting customers, as well as other sales functions for our store, including taking payments
-Answering multi-line phone and other office functions
-Use of computer and office programs (word, excel, and others)
-Keeping accurate records and attention to detail
-Active participation in goal setting and achievement
-Creating and implementing social media weekly plan for the CACRC store
-Assist with other marketing and growth plans, including outreach to community agencies, organizations, schools, etc.
-Participation in offsite events promoting CACRC's programs (~2-3 times per year)
-Undergo training according to certification policy and procedure
Qualifications:
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must have exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written.
-Must be disciplined, goal oriented, and self motivated
-Must be dependable and have reliable transportation each day
-A true commitment to the community and the environment
-Previous job experience in a related field is strongly preferred
Compensation: $15-$16 Hourly | Full-time | BONUS opportunities available | 401(k) Retirement Plan |
