Local company looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to provide technical support and monitoring of our portfolio of ATMs and Bitcoin kiosks. This full-time position includes troubleshooting/repairing ATMs & kiosks, communication errors, monitoring ATMs, installations and other tasks when assigned. Training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
· Troubleshoot, program, install, and monitor ATMs in customer locations as well as in a business office/warehouse.
· Inventory control, ordering parts when needed, and shipping and receiving.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Customer Focused.
· Requires a calm, patient demeanor.
· Always remain professional.
· Learn quickly when facing new problems and actively seek needed information from all available resources.
· Strong technical knowledge, problem solving, and communication skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Driver’s license with clean driving record.
· Background Check and good credit history.
LOCATION OF WORK
· Work is performed in an office/warehouse setting and customers’ business.
· Lifting/moving of 50 pounds or more (Necessary lifting equipment is provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
