Job Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant/Commercial Lending Specialist Hybrid position is responsible performing a variety of support functions including administrative activities, supply ordering, scheduling appointments and travel, answering incoming calls, mail distribution, overseeing the postage and shipping accounts, leading oversight for our travel systems, providing meeting/training support, coordinating the preparation of loan documentation, coordinating the execution of loan documents, organizing workflow to allow on-time closing and providing follow-up service with clients, insurance agents, title companies, attorneys, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support to Executive team as needed which may include general office and clerical duties
- Assists with travel arrangements for the Executive team
- Coordinates, schedules and assists with planning various meetings
- Oversees and manages meetings as needed to ensure meetings are setup, technology works appropriately and all supplies for the meeting are available
- Manages office supplies and ensures adequate availability of supplies needed
- Assists walk-in customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Answers phones and directs calls appropriately
- Assists with ongoing loan requests, including new loans, renewals, modifications, and extensions
- Works directly with Loan Officers as needed so that loans are processed accurately and efficiently
- Works with customers to obtain required loan documentation
- Assists with reviewing and clearing loan exceptions weekly
- Gathers documents needed for annual loan reviews
- Assist in servicing active loans, monitor past due reports and maturing loan reports.
- Assists with the processing of loan payments, payoffs, and advances
- Maintains a working knowledge of bank loan policy and federal and state banking regulations, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma required.
- At least two years of clerical, administrative support or general office experience
- At least two years of loan processing experience.
- Experience in Commercial Lending preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Results driven and customer focused
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Computer and Office Equipment Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
