What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Operations Support Representative position at Capital Bank?
This position is responsible for supporting the Loan Operations department. Support would include cross training throughout the department. Additional responsibilities would include:
- Daily/Weekly update Financial Ticklers
- Daily review and update insurance ticklers
- E-mail insurance files to CP Insurance
- Review, update credit disputes and maintain records in E-Oscar
- Pull credit report as requested
- Book new and renewed consumer loans to the Bank's loan system and prepare associated entries
- Alternate in processing loan payments and advances
- Monitor and respond to Note Department daily emails
- Assist in advance request
- Assist in importing credit and financial exceptions to customer files
- Assist Department as needed
- Assist customers with loan questions and quote payoffs as needed
Requirements include: Excellent internal and external customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Must be extremely detailed, organized, and able to adapt to various technical equipment and software. Previous banking experience is a plus.
