As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple Dunkin' locations. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a passion for the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry and a track record of success in multi-unit management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across 6-7 Dunkin' locations, ensuring all stores meet company and brand standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to drive sales, improve operations, and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory control, to maximize profitability.
• Ensure all stores comply with Dunkin' and Capital Brands Group policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on support and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Lead hiring, training, and retention efforts to build strong, customer-focused teams.
• Implement marketing strategies and local promotions to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in a multi-unit management role, preferably in QSR, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Must be able to work 6 days a week and travel between locations as needed.
• A degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
