Join us in shaping the future of aviation! Objective Area Solutions (OAS) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to enhance our team. The Construction Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the execution of construction and renovation projects supporting the FAA. This role involves managing all aspects of the project, including technical oversight, project schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables in compliance with scope, budget, and quality standards. The PM works closely with government and contractor teams to coordinate project activities, ensuring that all construction and renovation efforts meet mission-critical operational requirements and adhere to FAA standards.
This role supports the Federal Aviation Administration, which is responsible for ensuring the safety of 45,000 flights and 3 million passengers traversing over 28 million miles of U.S. controlled airspace every day. In addition to providing air traffic control and safety oversight for civilian aviation, the FAA also works in lockstep with the Department of Defense and other government agencies to ensure the security of our nation. A key component of that coordination involves the collaborative use of aviation tools and data.

Key Responsibilities
A successful candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience and be proficient in:
- Managing construction projects for federal agencies and/or DOD.
- Familiarity w/ MS products (Excel, PPT, Word), CAD software, MS Project/Project Management Software.
- Ability to manage team of people for implementation, oversight, performance management, general HR training items.
- Ability to interface with stakeholders and serve as customer liaison.
- Reporting on project metrics, status, funding, and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting the FAA or other US Government clients.
- Eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
