We are seeking an energetic and motivated Project Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and oversee post-construction clean-up projects. This role works closely with our Project Manager, field crews, and general contractors to ensure sites are cleaned to the highest standards — on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and scheduling construction clean-up projects
Coordinate daily crew assignments and logistics
Perform site walks to evaluate progress and quality
Maintain communication with general contractors and superintendents
Track project timelines, budgets, and materials
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training field staff
Help manage safety compliance and documentation
Support billing and project closeout documentation
