Position Summary: As a solutions Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to oversee, motivate, and advise a team of new and existing Sales Reps that operate in designated territories in Northern CO and WY. You will work to achieve department objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on current performance, and projecting future performance.

Sales Managers work Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
overseeing Sales Reps in assigned territories serving Northern CO and WY.
Compensation:
- Base plus commission $120k - $160k per year.
- Base pay is dependent on experience, is set, and does not convert to a draw.

- Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meet, set, and track all planned sales goals.
- Work with sales team to set individual sales targets.
- Track sales goals and report results.
- Oversee sales team activities and performance.
- Expand customer and revenue base for the designated region.
- Work with customers to achieve cost-efficient logistics and distribution of products.
- Manage the sales operating budget to remain within targeted numbers.
- Learn customer business needs though regular meetings to promote growth and business review.
- Review market trends, pricing, and competition on a regular basis.
- Partner with the Accounts Receivable group to ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date and within company terms.
- Maintain consistent customer engagement, respond to and solve customer concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, able to create and maintain effective sales pipeline of new business.
- 2 years expereince in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- 2 years expereince in customer relationship management.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Some college is preferred, but not required
