Position Summary: Assist the Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) with activities associated with conducting clinical research studies.
Duties and responsibilities include but limit to the following:
Study Management:
- Enter data from visit worksheets efficiently & accurately into electronic data collection systems
- Prepare visit packets and assemble binders
- Assist CRCs with research visits
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of the Clinical Trial Maintenance System
Investigational Medications:
- Stock Investigational Product per sponsor specifications
- Prepare labels & documentation as needed
- Organize drug cabinets
- Maintain daily temperature logs
Laboratory:
- Order & stock laboratory supplies as needed
- Prepare lab kits for phlebotomy
- Process and ship lab specimens per guidelines
- Maintain calibration logs and perform quality control tests on equipment as needed
Administrative:
- Order and stock office supplies as needed
- Fax, file, archive as needed
- Assist with scheduling and confirming visit appointments
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Assist with compliance monitoring
- Prepare & file documents per regulatory guideline
Requirements:
- High School diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Cardiology & phlebotomy experience a plus
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
