We are seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented Lead Medical Assistant and Manager to join our team at an integrative medical center. Hours:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Core hours: M-F 10:00 to 6:30pm. Flexible availability during office hours (Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

General Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Scribe for the provider, accurately documenting medical history, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Assist the physician during patient treatments.
- Assist with patient care as needed, including assisting with therapies, helping patients with repositioning and answering patient pages during treatment sessions.
- Managing stocking, cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and medical equipment. This includes quick movement in and around small and high spaces to clean, organize, sanitize, stock, and more while wearing KN95 masks.
- Ensure smooth work flow by managing check-ins, check-outs, and patient transitions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, manage medical records, and handle patient billing.
- Maintain a clean and visually aesthetic clinic.
- Manage a team of Medical Assistants and Medical Office Assistants.
- Other medical assistant and managerial tasks as needed.

- Safety & Hygiene: Prioritizes personal health, including COVID-19 precautions, and maintains a clean and tidy work environment. Comfortable using hospital-grade disinfectants and committed to a fragrance-free workspace.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry. Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Location: Reside within a reasonable commuting distance from our office in Bethesda, MD 20817.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check, drug test, and COVID-19 testing as required.
- COVID-19 Compliance: Compliance with all office safety protocols such as handwashing and wearing a KN95 mask during office hours.
Pay:
- $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
