General Summary

Support fast-paced mortgage office by assisting on a temporary basis. Work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas. Support different roles of the mortgage home loans division i.e. sales, marketing, operations, and servicing, etc.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Support sales in pro-actively marketing and promoting Capital City Home Loans’ financial products to meet established loan quality and production goals. Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing an exceptional level of customer service, supporting and adhering to our core values in all functions of the job responsibilities and interaction with internal and external customers. Gain experience conducting interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information.

Assistance in executing corporate, loan officer-specific and marketing compliance projects and tasks. Responsibilities include: maintaining and distributing promotional item inventories; customizing marketing templates; refreshing and maintaining content within the CRM system; new-hire loan officer marketing set-up, tracking and reviewing; responding to and completing loan officer marketing requests; coordinating and tracking corporate and office-level memberships and sponsorships; local and non-local event and tradeshow planning and support including event trailer assistance; coordinating print, direct mail, and online marketing/advertising; developing and scheduling content for corporate social media channels; tracking website and social media traffic and producing reports; tracking and reporting compliance information for corporate and loan officer advertising and social media; learning and engaging with marketing service vendors when needed, to support loan officer marketing; and managing customer reviews on social media.

Perform several activities related to the operations functions. Primarily responsible for, under direct supervision for assisting the processors by reviewing files, ordering supporting documents, and other tasks to help the processors prepare loans for underwriting and closing.

Associates will consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, Capital City Investments, Capital City Trust Company, Capital City Strategic Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans, with department managers setting the standard.

Associated Duties

Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues.
Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.

Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

• In the rare instance of a major or extensive natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic occurrence, or other disruption within our footprint, it may be necessary for associates to relocate or telecommute before, during or after, to ensure business continuity.
