Your creativity and leadership will be key in delivering unparalleled service to our discerning members and guests. What You’ll Do : Curate and Innovate : Collaborate with our culinary leaders to craft a diverse and dynamic beverage menu that perfectly complements our exquisite dishes.
Lead with Expertise : Manage the entire beverage inventory, from sourcing the finest selections to overseeing our exclusive wine futures program.
Engage and Educate : Share your passion for wine and spirits with our members and guests, offering personalized recommendations and hosting engaging tastings.
Inspire Your Team : Recruit, train, and lead a team of talented bartenders, ensuring top-notch service that reflects our club's high standards.
Drive Success : Implement efficient processes and systems to manage product inventory, control costs, and maximize revenue.
Stay Ahead : Monitor industry trends and member preferences to continually enhance our beverage offerings. Collaborate Creatively : Work closely with our culinary and management teams to ensure seamless, exciting beverage service across all dining outlets.
What We’re Looking For : A minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining and beverage management. A true connoisseur with multiple wine certifications (WSET, MCS, or CSW).
A creative thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business (preferred). A natural leader with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport with members and staff.
