Job Description
CCBank is looking for an entry level Support Technician for our fast paced IT department. The ideal candidate would be comfortable troubleshooting desktop computer issues, basic networking issues, and performing help desk duties. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting remote banking customers with setup and troubleshooting of their remote banking systems.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the employee helpdesk through ticketing system and phone support
- User management and maintenance with Windows Server
- Setting up and supporting workstation and computer systems
- Assisting with project development and planning
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to stay on task
- Proven work experience in a technical customer service role is preferred
- Must be professional and empathetic when working with bank customers and employees
- The ability to create a plan to complete projects and then adhere to that plan is critical
- Ability to setup and configure workstation and server hardware in a Windows environment
- Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
- Experience with Atlassian products is preferred, but not required
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds such as switches, routers, servers and computers
- The employee must adhere to scheduled business hours
- The ability to travel to other buildings or other geographic locations is required
