Summary:

The Vendor Management/Complaint Reporting Analyst will review and respond to all vendor management and complaint reporting requests. The incumbent will manage systems and controls in accordance with state and federal banking compliance regulations, as applicable.

Responsibilities-

Risk Assessment: Assist in performing Inherent and Residual Risk Assessment of vendors.

Exams & Audits: Coordinate and assist in providing information and documentation for independent, state, and federal examinations, reviews, and audits.

Monitoring & Tracking: Perform and review regular reporting and monitoring to update and identify, track, and remediate vendor management and complaint compliance issues, including gathering and retaining documentation. Manage Vendor Management and Complaint Reporting software.

Quality Control: Oversee and perform quality control reviews and monitoring of the Vendor Management, including vendor due diligence and contract renewals, and Complaint Reporting programs.

Communication & Presentation: Communicate pertinent vendor and complaint information to employees and management.

Reporting & Responding: Prepare and compile reports as scheduled or upon request to assist in responding to audits, regulatory examinations, complaints, and inquiries.

Recommendations & Guidance: Advise and provide guidance to employees, the management team, and other stakeholders for providing vendor management information and complaint responses.

Projects & Other Job Duties: Ad hoc projects and other job duties, as assigned.

Specifications-

  • Knowledge of Vendor Management processes and documentation requirements.
  • Knowledge of Complaint Reporting processes and requirements, including Root Cause Analysis and remediation, as applicable.
  • Assist with the Compliance Examination documentation gathering process.
  • Assist with Model Risk Management for Strategic Partnerships.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and make decisions regarding Vendor Management and Complaint Reporting compliance with management supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
