As a member of the pricing and revenue operations organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to support the retention and growth of some of our B2B customer segments. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!
This position requires someone who can jump from planning to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate would be able to complete tasks in a creative and effective way with minimal manager intervention to solve problems and have a track record of collaborating with sales on deal pipeline management.

- Demonstrated experience in working closely with sales on renewal planning and quoting

Responsibilities:
- Engage with sales and vet renewal and account growth opportunities, ensure compliance with governance.
- Analyze account footprint and support quoting and booking processes with a high level of accuracy
- Validate order documents (contracts, purchase orders, approval docs, etc.) upon contract execution.
- Plan and execute on account program migrations and renewals
- Support increased workload and additional hours when required, i.e., period closes/quarter-end periods, and assist other support teams if necessary
- Ability to respond to email inquiries from the Field pertaining to all aspects of our Volume Licensing programs within response time guidelines.
- Understand and adhere to related revenue compliance policies, procedures, and processes
Needed to succeed:
- 3 - 5 years of full-time relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate renewal.
- Demonstrated experience in working closely with sales on renewal planning and quoting
- Agility - can adapt quickly to take on new assignments with little notice
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
- Other nice to have skills include experience with CRM, SAP, Reporting platforms
