The Role
The Executive Director will serve as an integral part of our leadership team, advising the Board and volunteer committees on policies and procedures while creating social opportunities to promote a true sense of community.
Responsibilities
- Lead the leadership, administration, financial, operational, and technical oversight of the community, staff, and service contractors.
- Facilitate orientation and training of the Board and committee members, as well as long-range planning and annual goal setting.
- Serve as liaison between the association and other entities, including developers, builders, sub-associations, commercial parcels, club facilities, schools, and public facilities.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and mentor employees to develop skills necessary to advance within the community and CCMC.
Requirements
- PCAM certification and at least seven years' experience in on-site large-scale community association management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, public administration, or a related field.
- Routine and complex mathematical calculations.
- Ability to build relationships through exceptional customer service, sophistication, and professionalism.
- Nationally recognized certifications or designations, such as PCAM, CPM, MBA, or Master's degree.
