Door to Door Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting our products and services, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our offerings.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services.
• Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and customer service skills.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads generated from previous interactions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth in the market.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or inside sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in telemarketing or technology sales is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve personal and team goals.
• Willingness to learn about our products and services to better serve customers.

Pay: $1.00 - $200,000.00 per year
