Sales Representative Requirements: We are seeking a motivated and personable Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join the RHR Roofing & Remodeling family. In this role, you will be the face of our business, connecting with homeowners in Central Texas to understand their needs, educate them on our services, and help them transform their homes. You’ll play a vital role in driving growth and fostering relationships in the communities we serve. This is a customer service/sales position, with the potential to grow into a project management role, overseeing end-to-end roofing projects.
Sales Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with Homeowners: Knock on doors in target neighborhoods, introduce RHR services, and establish a positive rapport with potential clients.
- Identify Client Needs: Listen to homeowners, assess their remodeling or roofing challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate & Inform: Explain the benefits of working with RHR, including our commitment to operational efficiency, quality craftsmanship, and personalized service.
- Generate Leads: Schedule consultations for homeowners with our team.
- Follow Up: Maintain communication with potential clients to build trust and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for RHR, embodying our values of trust, hard work, and customer care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for helping homeowners improve their living spaces.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (door-to-door sales experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of home renovation and remodeling projects is a bonus but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
