At Capital Direct Insurance Services , we provide comprehensive personal and commercial insurance solutions tailored to meet client needs. As we launch our Life Insurance Division , we are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and manage a high-performance call center focused on mortgage protection policies .
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor leadership role for someone who is ready to build and scale a life insurance call center from the ground up . Youll have the stability of a base salary while benefiting from commissions and a share of the divisions profit as it grows.
We are not an MLM or agency where agents must recruit to earn. We provide leads, infrastructure, and the opportunity for serious financial growth without the headaches of buying leads, running payroll, or managing operations alone.
What Youll Do
- Build, lead, and manage a team of life insurance sales agents in a call center environment.
- Develop and execute a structured sales process to maximize performance.
- Train and mentor new agents to sell mortgage protection policies, and life insurance, effectively.
- Implement and optimize call center operations, including technology, CRM systems, and workflow processes.
- Drive production and sales performance , ensuring the team meets key revenue goals.
- Earn profit-sharing incentives based on division success, giving you direct ownership in what you build.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a sales call center leadership role (insurance, financial services, or related industries preferred).
Track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Ability to execute & scale a call center sales strategy this is not just a management role, its a builder role .
Life Insurance experience is preferred , but strong sales leaders from other industries who can learn quickly are welcome.
Self-motivated, execution-driven, and ready to take ownership of a growing business unit.
Must be local or willing to relocate to Chandler, AZ this is an on-site leadership role .
