Duties
Schedule will be -Monday's 1pm-8pm and Tues-Fri 12pm-5pm (23-25 hrs/wk)
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Scan business documents
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
- Assist with general office management tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.
