Capital Ford in Raleigh is seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Business Development Sales Rep (BDR) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is essential in driving our dealership’s growth by generating leads, building customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers through various channels, including online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits.
- Maintain and manage a database of current and potential customers, ensuring follow-up and continued engagement.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle purchase, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate appointments, test drives, and service schedules, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest automotive products to better serve customers and enhance sales efforts.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, business development, call center or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships
- CRM software, digital communication tools, and other technology to track and manage sales activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or business development is a plus.

- Must have evening and Saturday availability
