The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new customer opportunities, establishing partnerships, and expanding market share. This position requires an individual with strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue.

The Sales and Business Development Manager will focus on lead generation, sales strategies, customer management, market expansion, and competitive analysis. A strong understanding of the engineering sector is a plus, and familiarity with CRM systems is essential.

Requirements :

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant business tools.
  • Desirable : Background in engineering or technical sales.

Interpersonal and Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and build and maintain relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on profit generation.

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.

    • Experience

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience in Manufacturing, Building Construction, Product. Project Sales or similar industry required.
  • Desirable : Experience in engineering or technical sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
