About This Role
This is a full-time or part-time position for an Inside Manufacturing Sales Representative at our corporate office in Wake Forest, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside sales and customer service on a daily basis.
- Supporting our outside sales team with follow-up, appointment setting, CRM entry, and assisting with territory planning via mapping software.
- Attending TEAMS calls with customers and principals, as well as assisting with reporting to upper management and sales reps.
What We Represent
We represent multiple high-level manufacturers, requiring training on each principal and their products.
Your Background
You will need experience in inside sales, telemarketing, retail, banking, or distribution sales with a strong customer service history.
Ideal Candidate
As a successful inside sales professional, you will work in our office with flexibility to work from home some days.
A Typical Day
Calling leads and existing customers, developing relationships with buyers and manufacturers we represent, researching leads, setting appointments for our outside sales team, reporting, CRM administrative tasks, email follow-up, and presenting RFQs and quotes.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales and Account Management.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Lead Generation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written skills with proficiency in follow-up and time management.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of OEM manufacturing processes and components is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Engaging personality, punctual, takes pride in their work.
- Proficient in Office Suite, LinkedIn, and CRM experience.
