Location : This position is a full-time role with the possibility of remote work. LTS would offer a location-based salary for a remote employee which would be adjusted for the cost of living in the employee's location. $100,000-$250,000 total commensurate package will be based on experience

Job Description :

Lincoln Technology is a Design and OLED / LCD Integration Company, focused on creating solutions with unrivaled optical performance. As a Business Development Specialist, you bring your extensive market specific experience to bear to identify potential clients, establish strategic partnerships, and promote our innovative product solutions. Your deep understanding of the OLED / LCD market, combined with your ability to leverage your personal and professional relationships and close deals, will be instrumental in achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in specific target market(s).
  • Leverage your personal and professional network of contacts at key OEM users of high-end display products in focus target market(s) to capture RFQ's for new programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored OLED / LCD solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Work with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Meet or exceed established quarterly and annual performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product management, and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer demands.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build networks.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, sales, product management, engineering or account management in the display industry.
  • Extensive direct experience with market leading OEM(s) in LTS target market(s) that procure substantial display products.
  • Vast knowledge of OLED / LCD products, technologies, and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work remotely in the evenings occasionally.
  • Up to 50% travel, as required, to meet performance metrics
