What You'll Do :
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Division Managers to identify and pursue exciting new projects.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and actively participate in weekly strategy meetings.
Serve as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with customers, Division Managers, and vendors.
What You'll Bring :
A strong understanding of the production home building landscape is essential.
Hands-on construction experience is a must-have, and familiarity with the new construction process is highly valued.
A self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and achieve results.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear and concise verbal communication skills.

What We Offer :
Competitive Compensation : $115,000 - $130,000 base salary with a 20% bonus potential, resulting in a total compensation package of $150,000 - $160,000.
