The Role:
We are seeking a Brand Manager to elevate the Command Challenge Coin brand through exceptional design, storytelling, and visual website, blog and social media communication. This role is a blend of strategy, creativity, and hands-on sales and service execution, requiring strong expertise and a passion for building a brand that resonates.
You’ll lead the charge in crafting compelling visual assets – including videos, infographics, custom graphics – while also providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their challenge coin designs, development and orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Product & Service Champion:
- Serve as a champion of Command Challenge Coins services in all customer interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
- Provide product knowledge, design recommendations and solutions to enhance product.
- Guide product development to meet customer needs.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Accurately and efficiently manage the prioritization of multiple customer projects and constantly monitor the subsequent turn of events
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up to date with current design trends and product knowledge.
Brand Leadership:
- Lead the evolution of the Command Challenge Coins brand, ensuring it is consistently applied across all channels and resonates with our target audience.
- Continually analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to execute on opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
Brand Building:
- Plan, create and execute engaging content for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
- Write pitches, blog posts and articles.
- Actively showcase and highlight the key features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Manage product launches and promotional activities that support brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business goals.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and finished products.
- Associate Degree minimum.
- 2-3 years of experience (3 years of experience if no degree) in customer service, sales support, brand marketing, business, or related field.
- A BIG plus – high level of experience using design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics tools.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively with high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a group.
- Must be able to learn quickly, demonstrate critical thinking, and make situation-appropriate decisions using sound judgement.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Conditions:
- This position is full-time and on-site. It cannot be done remotely.
- Due to the nature of the job, during peak season, events or rush projects, the successful candidate will occasionally need to work after hours.
- Job pressure exists in the balancing of a variety of projects and numerous simultaneous deadlines.
