As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for developing and putting standardized delivery processes in place on a variety of work streams. You will serve as one of the delivery leads for Capital Ideas Pro – a gateway to the best of Capital’s award-winning insights, support and tools for advisors – across both the Practice Management and Capital Ideas marketing teams (Pods). You will be accountable for shepherding the full delivery cycle for marketing and / or operational initiatives of varying complexity. Your proficiency in project management, prior delivery of marketing initiatives and capability to be empathetic in navigating multiple and diverse sets of stakeholders will drive your success in this role. You index high on operational excellence and have a continuous improvement mindset, as well as solid analytical, critical-thinking and forward-thinking skills. You are an experienced Agile practitioner and have a bias for action and constant drive for results that works well in deadline driven environments.

• You are familiar with all marketing channels, with a heavier focus on managing work for digital channels such as web pages, emails, podcasts, webinars.
• You are well versed in marketing project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
• You look forward to leading the daily stand-up meetings and holding the team accountable to goals and deadlines.
• You are adept at navigating multiple stakeholders within an organization and can maintain composure under pressure.
• You can drive the delivery of both internal and external teams – liaising with agencies and other external partners to ensure work is delivered effectively and on time.
• You have a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and have successfully applied continuous improvement practices in your prior professional position(s).
• You are highly analytical in nature and look forward to the challenge of continuing to develop and leverage the team’s delivery metrics in order to drive continued operational excellence.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range : $108,135-$173,016

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
