- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or issues efficiently.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Assist in training new staff members on front desk procedures and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage; experience with night audit processes is a plus.
