What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, or online inquiries.
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up.
- Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
- Collaborate with other BDC team members, sales reps, and departments.
- Accurately input and maintain lead information in the CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or business knowledge is a plus!
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in automotive and/or BDC.
- Strong sales instincts—identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Previous experience in phone or virtual sales is a plus!
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software.
- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptable to changes in sales processes and technology.
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings.
