What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Agent- Daytime Schedule position at Capital Management Services?
We are looking to add to a group of first party soft collectors to our Amherst team! The team members will be working with our client's customers and assisting them with keeping their accounts active. We also work with the customers to help get their loan payments on track. A professional, compassionate approach is our only approach!
Employees enjoy thorough training, referral bonuses, plenty of free parking! We are located directly on the bus route. The shifts will run from 8:30am - 5:00pm with one of the evenings being 10:30am-7:00pm per week (Tuesday or Thursday). We also work 1 Saturday per month from 9a-1p.
The training for this project will begin on February 3rd ! Please submit resumes quickly as this class will fill fast! Compensation will be $16/hour plus monthly bonuses! Candidates must be punctual and reliable!
