What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Specialist position at Capital Management Services?
The CMS Client Services team serves as the communications hub for all day-to-day client communications and deliverable management. Client Services also manages reporting processes for both client and CMS needs. The team is responsible for calendar management of all client calls, deliverables, visits, and other related appointments. All inquiries, requests, and feedback to clients is sent to Client Services to communicate to the correct party.
Job Description-
These employees are self-sufficient and organized. These team members are responsible for direct communication with CMS’ clients. CS Reps are responsible for calendar and deliverable management, maintaining the CS email inbox, conference calls, and general review and troubleshooting of client and/or related internal reports. Record keeping and network folder management are also critical components of this position. These representatives will be responsible for managing tasks assigned to the CSA. CSS reps report directly to the Vice President of Client Services.
