Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of call center duties for those on their team. They will also develop employees skills through various means such as, but not limited to: one-on-one coaching, compliance and client training, etc. Managers will assist employees and their department in meeting production requirements through second talk offs, building files, and working accounts.
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Required: Strong knowledge of the 3rd party collections industry.
- Excellent PC skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook as well as data entry skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and perform multiple job functions as well as demonstrating problem solving skills.
- Work closely with all segments of the business to complete internal reports in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment.
- Perform duties within daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strict adherence to CMS attendance guidelines.
