Sr. Manager, Workplace Site Operations

We recently opened our new headquarters tower in Tysons, Virginia. At 31 stories, it’s the tallest occupied building in the Washington D.C. area. It transformed our site from a single building into a growing and dynamic community, and hub for our region—Tysons Campus. And we’re not done! That’s why our Tysons Regional team is looking to add a Sr. Manager, Workplace Site Operations as we continue to evolve our footprint into a truly spectacular mixed-use campus.
A typical day in the life of this Sr. Manager, Workplace Site Operations :
- Lead third-party providers responsible for facilities, space planning, moves, food and beverage services, hospitality, conferencing and print / mail services
- Implement / program manage strategic initiatives
- Be a change agent and advocate for real estate
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our internal customers and lines of business
- Develop and execute real estate strategies that meet the needs of your customers
- Partner with internal real estate associates to create solutions and solve problems
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Security
