Responsibilities :
Design and implement integrations with EntraID for M&A companies, ensuring seamless B2B synchronization with various IAM systems.
Evaluate and create proof of concepts for potential alternatives to MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) and ADAM (Active Directory Application Mode), considering tools like GraphDB or Radiant Logic to modernize existing metadirectories.
Examine the current Directory Services environment to pinpoint technical and operational enhancements, and craft actionable improvement plans.
Oversee the management of enterprise identity directories, including Microsoft EntraID.
Develop automated solutions using scripts and cloud-based server-less computing technologies, producing comprehensive architecture and implementation documentation.
Translate business requirements into effective technological solutions that meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
Contribute to disaster recovery and capacity planning efforts, ensuring robust performance monitoring and maintenance for high availability.
Engage in or lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex, high-severity incidents.
Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory Application Mode, or SQL Server.
Minimum of 3 years experience with GraphDB.
Minimum of 3 years experience with EntraID.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.
Minimum of 3 years experience scripting in PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, or Python for automation purposes.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree.
4 years experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and Active Directory Application Mode.
4 years experience with identity platforms such as PingOne, Radiant Logic, or EntraID.
4 years experience with GraphDB or similar technologies.
4 years experience with CI / CD pipeline deployments.
4 years proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation templates.

Salary Range : The compensation for this role varies by location :
McLean, VA : $158,600 - $181,000.
Plano, TX : $144,200 - $164,600.
Richmond, VA : $144,200 - $164,600.
