In this role, you will excel in four key areas :
Human Centered
Define actionable problem statements to guide teams in delivering impactful results, showcasing a deep understanding of iterative software delivery and minimal viable product (MVP) development.
Utilize customer insights to shape priorities and steer the roadmap, while advocating for alignment among stakeholders in setting development acceptance criteria.
Focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to create world-class, omni-channel experiences.
Business Focused
Own and prioritize the near-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, and identify leverage points within complex problems and systems.
Exercise sound judgment in evaluating the risks of actions taken and not taken, continuously seeking innovative ways to accelerate safe iterations.
Technology Driven
Leverage technology and architectural vision in collaboration with tech partners to address complex technical challenges effectively.
Share business strategies and roadmaps with technical teams to create context, while facilitating agile ceremonies in partnership with your Tech Lead.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
MBA or Master’s Degree.
2 years of experience in Agile product management.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role range from $163,300 to $186,400, depending on the location.
