Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Concierges Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to all of our patients in person and over the phone and ensuring a smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in Hospitality, Superior Customer Service, and/or Medical Offices with exceptional communication, problem solving, and customer service skills. Bilingual required (English/ Spanish).

Essential Duties:
- Answering phone calls with a smile and help with all patient inquires as you can, otherwise direct them to the appropriate person.
- Appointment Scheduling and Confirmations.
- Manage incoming faxes and e-mails and distribute to appropriate person and/or upload into patient medical record.
- Ensure all patient demographics and billing information is correct in system which allows for clean outbound claims.
- Assist with payment collection and processing upon time of service.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage and maintain a clean reception and waiting room area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred. (Internal Medicine/ Orthopaedics/ Spine Surgery/ Urgent Care), or a high level Hospitality or Customer Service position.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
-Understanding of insurance and insurance verification.
- Proficient in using office systems such as Microsoft word, adobe, and electronic medical records (EMR) e-clinical works.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail with strong follow-up.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A self-starter and someone who takes initiative.
- Knowledge of VoIP phone systems and handling multiple phone lines.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient experience which will leave a lasting impression.
