What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lpcc-S For Supervision Of Lpcs position at Capital Private Psychological Services?
This position is for an LPCC-S to provide board-required supervision for LPCs in a group supervision format. The LPCC-S should also be available as requested outside of group supervision.
Capital Private Psychological Services is an established and growing private mental health practice in Columbus, Ohio. Specific supervision responsibilities include:
- Leading group supervision for 2 hours/ week
- Bring information to group supervision that is relevant to the development of supervisees
- Provide feedback for case presentation
- Provide general guidance on professional matters to supervisees
- This is a 1099 Contractor position and does not offer benefits.
Qualifications:
- A Master's or Doctorate-Level degree is required
- An active LPCC-S license in the state of Ohio
- A working knowledge of theories and practices
- An ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
- A resiliency along with an ability to assess situations
