What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Legal Counsel position at Capital Search Group?
Our PE backed client in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Legal Counsel to coordinate and manage the legal function of multiple subsidiaries and will focus on: Corporate and M&A, Contracts, Litigation, Regulatory, Ethics and Compliance, and Intellectual Property. Must have a Postgraduate degree in law, a minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-qualifying experience in legal practice and/or as an in-house counsel in an international group, previous experience in the healthcare sector and M&A required. The role is hybrid and compensation is $150k-$180K bonus.
