Candidate s physical location as they are now requiring to be on site in the CIN office 2-3 days a week. 10 years program manager experience Senior stakeholder management experience
Needs to be Cincinnati based, 2/3 days in the office

What this position will be supporting: Delivery of a number of large programs/projects

Duration: 12 months
Potential to convert and/or extend: The program is 3 years so extension very likely.
5 Must have qualifications:
1. Extensive experience of delivering large scale, complex technology programs on time, budget and to the appropriate quality
2.Senior stakeholder management
3.managing dependencies as well as issues/risks around the cross functional teams
4.Facilitating working groups
5.Program/Project planning

this role will lead these parts
- delivering 49 different inititatives (some are new and some are role and some are migrations)

Team is broken down into 15 part (also called a work stream). This person will be over 1 or 2 of them:
Architect
Engineering
product
other more PMs
Financial teams
SMEs
