Position Overview:
We’re seeking a charismatic, driven, and proactive Part-Time Assistant Manager to play a key role in both patient interaction and business growth. You will handle patient checkout during clinic hours and, outside of clinic operations, focus on patient retention, marketing, and business development. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, has a strong understanding of healthcare and healthy lifestyles, and is excited to take initiative to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations & Patient Interaction
- Greet and check out patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer patient inquiries, provide information on treatments, and assist with scheduling follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments efficiently.
Marketing & Patient Recruitment
- Develop and execute creative, genuine marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for outreach.
- Represent the clinic in-person, over the phone, and online with enthusiasm and credibility.
Business Development & Office Support
- Propose and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and patient experience.
- Edit and update the clinic’s website as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties essential to clinic success.
