Capital Tacos is a nationally awarded Tex-Mex tach shop known for fresh, made-from-scratch tacos, burritos, salads, nachos, quesadillas, queso and chips.
Our award-winning menu is highlighted by dozens of signature chef-created items, made from scratch, with hime-made recipes each and every day, that can be enjoyed either as tacos, burritos, salads, or nachos. Our home-cut chips and award-winning queso, Mexican street corn (on the husk), hand-spiced fries, and desserts are also fan favorites.

The Shift Manager helps direct the daily operations of the rapidly growing, nationally renowned, local fast-casual restaurant that is Capital Tacos.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- A people person who genuinely enjoys working with others
- A guest-service mentality. Someone who enjoys helping and serving others.
- A team player with effective communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to multi-task
- Previous restaurant shift management experience preferred for this position.
