Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing methods to identify diverse talent pools.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Foster positive employee relations by providing support during onboarding and throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR sourcing and talent acquisition is essential.
- Strong understanding of employee relations practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Experience in lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent or three or more years of professional related experience in human resources or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Professional In Human Resources is preferred
